It's a lot more thorough than I thought. I'm 26 and wish I had this when I was in my late teens or like 21. It's a great guide. Each week has action tasks that tells you not to go on to the next section (week) until you completed the ones before. Perfect for accountability and checking things off as you go (especially if you have OCD like me). Love it. I'm more social than before for sure!
Saw this on TikTok a while back, and gotta say I love how action oriented this guide is structured. Having gone through years of hiding from social situations and seeing how much damage I was really putting my life through by not doing anything about it, this guide is the first one that actually makes me look forward to moving on with my life every week. :) Currently halfway through and already see plenty of progress, the only thing is that I wish there was a second roadmap that complements this one. But highly recommend it!
Those Youtube videos about how to take control of your social anxiety are good, but when you get down the rabbit hole of looking for more advice and actionable steps, that's when I get frustrated about how to follow it and where to even start, so I end up with analysis paralysis. But this guide does take you along holding your hand of sorts with what to do each week, which is something I've always needed! I'm getting more confident about meeting people now, looking for opportunities to make friends and such. Highly recommend!
